AXA worldwide travel insurance 

Covers you, your spouse or partner (if you’re travelling with them) and dependent children up to 22 years old, even when they’re travelling independently, with no excesses to pay on claims.

  • Personal accident & event of death If you have an accident during your trip which causes a permanent disability, or results in your death, we'll pay you or your legal representative £25,000 where relevant, and cover medical expenses and repatriation costs of up to £10,000,000.
  • Replacing lost luggage If your luggage is lost, we’ll try to locate it for you. We’ll also pay for the replacement of clothing, medication and toiletries if your luggage is temporarily lost on an outward journey, and isn’t returned within 12 hours. This includes covering the cost of accidental loss, theft, or damage to sports equipment, such as ski or golf equipment.
  • UK holidays are covered too You'll be covered for UK getaways if you've pre-booked, and paid for, at least two nights’ accommodation. Some benefits are not available for trips solely within the United Kingdom. 

You'll also be covered for things like missed flights, your pets and help with travelling, such as advice before you go and organising your trip.

We want you to get the most from your policy and to do this you should:

  • read your policy wording and make sure you're covered for the sort of losses/incidents you think might happen.
  • make sure that you understand the exclusions and conditions which apply to your policy because if you do not meet these conditions, it may affect any claim you make. 

Exclusions:

  • Any claims arising from an undeclared medical condition.
  • A medical condition for which you are travelling with the intention of obtaining medical treatment (including surgery or investigation) or advice outside of the United Kingdom.
  • A medical condition you have in respect of which a medical practitioner has advised you not to travel or would have done so had you sought his/her advice.
  • Any trip that exceeds 45 continuous days and does not begin and end in the United Kingdom.
  • Travelling to a country or area when the Travel Advice Unit of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or another regulatory authority has advised against all travel or all but essential travel.
  • Being denied boarding due to your inability to provide a valid passport, visa or other documentation required by the public transport operator or their handling agents.

RAC UK & European Breakdown Cover

Covers you in any vehicle you’re travelling in, at the roadside, in the UK and Europe. Helping you get to where you need to be.

  • Breakdown membership that covers you The dedicated myRAC app is the quickest and easiest way to get help so RAC can focus on finding a local patrol to fix your vehicle by the roadside. If they cannot fix your car, they’ll organise onward travel for you.
  • 3 days of manual car hire We'll pay for your car hire for up to 3 days while your vehicle is repaired.
  • Hotel stay while you wait We’ll pay up to £30 per account holder, per day, towards your accommodation while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired.
  • This includes electric vehicles (EVs) too As one of the leaders in EV breakdown cover, RAC recovery vans feature charging stations to help get you and your vehicle on the move again.

Exclusions:

  • Anyone who isn’t an account holder
  • For joint account holders who aren’t spouses or partners, cover is not provided for the spouse or partner of either account holder
  • Any breakdown which occurred prior to purchase
  • Anything which isn’t a breakdown e.g. a road traffic collision
  • Any resource or equipment required to repair or recover the vehicle which is not normally carried by RAC
  • The cost of any parts.

LSG mobile phone insurance

Covers loss, theft, accidental damage, water damage and electrical or mechanical breakdown, anywhere in the world. A £75 excess is payable for every accepted claim and must be paid before the claim is settled.

  • Lost, stolen or broken? It’s covered Your mobile phone and SIM card are covered up to the value of £1,500 if they’re lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Unauthorised calls, texts & data We'll cover the cost of any calls, texts or data that’s used when your phone is lost or stolen.
  • Your accessories are protected If your accessories (including headphones) are lost, stolen or damaged, along with your mobile phone, we’ll cover up to £350 of the cost.

Exclusions:

  • Any incident where you have knowingly put your mobile phone at risk or not taken care of it. Further details are available in the policy document.
  • For joint account holders who aren’t spouses or partners, cover is not provided for the spouse or partner of either account holder
